KORG GADGET STUDIO FOR MAC NOW

KORG GADGET STUDIO FOR MAC NOW AVAILABLE FOR FREE

Story by : damage.com

Korg has released a free version of Gadget studio for Mac. Arriving with some capability restrictions, the LE version is equipped with enough features to build a simple track.

As noted by 'Fact', the free version does have its limitations: there is no ability to export audio, MIDI or Ableton Live projects, plus iCloud and Ableton Link features are disabled. Released earlier this year, the Gadget for Mac combines over 30 synths and instruments with a mixer, sequencer and effects. Downloaders of the free version will also only have access to pre-selected synths and a drum machine. If you want to try Korg Gadget LE for Mac, it can be downloaded here. The asking price for the full version is $199.

This month, Korg also announced a 15th anniversary edition microKORG. Other recent models include a re-issue of the Arp Odyssey and their new monophonic analogue synth, the Monologue.
